Jonathan Toop is FCCA — a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants — and the practice is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditor. The firm is authorised by the ACCA to conduct audits and to provide investment business activities.
Can you audit my company or charity?
Yes. We are a registered auditor, authorised by the ACCA to conduct audits. We audit companies and charities, and can carry out an independent examination where a full audit is not required.
What size of client do you work with?
Individuals, sole traders, partnerships, small and medium sized companies and charities. Our clients come from across the South East of England.
I am starting a business. What should I set up as?
That depends on your circumstances, and it is worth getting right at the start. We advise on whether you should be a sole trader, partnership or limited company, and we deal with registering you with HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf.
